WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We strive continuously to offer products of the highest possible quality, hoping that you will fall in love with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Requirements:
If you wish to return a product, please send a return/exchange request to [help@ovisbraun.com] with the following details:
- Order number
- Evidence photos/videos of the issue/defect
Return Conditions:
- The product must have all original tags attached.
- The product must be unwashed.
- The product should not have any smells, perfumes, or cosmetics on it.
- The product should be in a resalable condition.
📌 Important Notice:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our leather bags, variations in dye patterns and natural leather creases are inherent characteristics of the product and are not considered defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on these natural variations.
Exchange & Return Fees:
Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees in the following cases:
- If the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
- If the customer did not carefully read the product description and ordered the wrong product.
- If the customer changed their mind.

However, if the order is canceled before shipping, it can be refunded without a restocking fee.
Refunds:
A tracking number is required when returning your order. Without it, the refund service for your order will be discontinued.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
- A tracking number is required for the return.
- Refunds will be processed after checking the product based on the 'Return Conditions' upon its arrival.
